Criteria to be a certified customer experience organization (CCXO)
- Must have at least 1 Certified Customer Experience Champions
- Must have at least 5 Certified Customer Experience Managers
- Must have at least 15 Certified Customer Experience Executives
- Must have at least 30 Certified Customer Experience Advocates
The organization must be able to produce Net Promoters Score (NPS) for the last 6 months and certified by an independent customer experience consultant or customer experience auditor.
The organization must have visuals on their premises about being a customer-centric organization
