Criteria to be a certified customer experience organization (CCXO)

  1. Must have at least 1 Certified Customer Experience Champions
  2. Must have at least 5 Certified Customer Experience Managers
  3. Must have at least 15 Certified Customer Experience Executives
  4. Must have at least 30 Certified Customer Experience Advocates

The organization must be able to produce Net Promoters Score (NPS) for the last 6 months and certified by an independent customer experience consultant or customer experience auditor.

The organization must have visuals on their premises about being a customer-centric organization
